Is it possible to make my homepage open the Launcher panel?

 

Yes, simply check "Show Launcher on start" in SiteLauncher's Options window.

This will cause the Launcher appear automatically whenever you start a new Firefox session, and it will also make it  appear when you click the Firefox's Home button.
